We had a great experience, and we want to give excellent reviews for his services. The standard form for reviews has some "standard" options, which may be useful for you but may not be relevant to what is published. like: we are used to */**/*** good places, and Jon certainly matched the quality we were expecting, but we are not sure what you mean with "incredible". In our experience: "incredible" is a very high bar in our home setting, my options would be to rate: dish presentation: very good story behind the dishes: very good quality of the food: incredible - very high mark clean-up: very good - how can it be incredible? moment of truth - overall grade: incredible - it matches the excellent quality we were hoping and yes, we obviously would recommend the chef.

Chef Jon Sears was such a joy to have in our home to create a masterful meal for my partner and myself to enjoy. I appreciated the menu options I was provided in the beginning, but I only selected a few myself, then asked Chef to fill out the rest of the menu based on his expert knowledge of what would create the best experience. I’m so glad I did; after all, he has spent years honing his palette and knows what flavor profiles harmonize together and in sequence. Before this, I thought I wasn’t a fan of foie gras; but after tasting Chef Jon’s preparation, he’s completely changed my mind! Personally, Chef Jon was very kind and respectful. He was fully prepared and arrived exactly on time. He was patient with our many questions while he was preparing our dinner and was generous in sharing his knowledge and life story. It was a joy to experience the journey he created for us. I highly recommend Chef Jon Sears to anyone who wants their taste buds to be pampered and wants to experience a professional with many years of experience to share. Thank you, Chef! 5/5

Chef Jon Sears was a breeze and pleasure to work with. Right from accommodating kids and vegetarian in the menu to execution - he was very professional and passionate about his work. We had an unfortunate turn of events from our end- my sister (who's special occasion I had organised this meal for) turned covid positive the evening before the day of the event. However, chef did the best he could by sending all the food in containers with very very clear instructions on reheating/ thawing/prepping. The food tasted amazing too and came in very handy for a covid household! I really wish we could have gotten the full experience with Chef Jon Sears, but I couldn't have asked for a second best scenario! Thank you so much! 4.2/5
